Mary Lois worked as a Seamstress for many years & was a member of VFW Auxilliary Post 9272, Seminole, FL. She attended Faith Community Church of Seminole & St. Dunstan's Anglican Church of Largo. Her passion for sewing was shared by her to family & friends with a personalized label: Handmade by Mary Lois Knapp sewn into her gifts.
She was a loving & dedicated daughter, wife, mother, sister & aunt. Mary Lois was the strength to all of her family & she lived her life in faith to the Lord.
Mary Lois is survived by her sons Charlie D. (Donna), Sam V. & Paul G. (Laura), 8 grandchildren; Rebecca, Dale, Sean, Richard, Chad, Jason, Amber & Paul F. Along with 11 great grandchildren; Michelle, Katie, Kierra, Jesse, Cloey, Mason, Noah, Kyle, Connor, Zachary & Evan. 1 great great Grandson, Braxten, her sister, Sally with many nieces & nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Avril E. Knapp, her 2 brothers, Dale & John, her sisters Dorothy & Nancy, her daughter Carol & grandson Robert.
The family has special appreciation for the nurses of Suncoast Hospice- Purple Team for the endless care for Mary Lois & support to her family. To St. Dunstan's Anglican Church family for prayer & especially to Father John Michael Strachan for his heartfelt visits & prayers and to Serenity Funeral Home staff for their kindness compassion & patience.
