Henry George Larvia Jr.

Henry George Larvia Jr. 87 of Largo FL passed away peacfully on August 19, 2013, formally of Latham, NY and was born in Plattsburg on September 26, 1925. He was a proud Army Air Force veteran of WWII and served proudly at Hickam Air Force base in Hawaii during the war for the Pacific. He was later married in 1947 to his wife of 65 years Jean. Following the war Henry worked for the New York telephone company where he retired.When they moved to Florida in 1979 Henry worked for the Freedom Square complex in Seminole. He loved to go fishing and camping and also loved using technology and his computer to skype with his family. Henry or "Uncle Hank" as he was known by the rest of the family will be greatly missed.

He is predeceased by his brothers Thomas and Clifford Larvia, Sister Ethel Preteau, son Robert Larvia and grandson Timothy. Survivors include his wife Jean M. Larvia, Son Edward (Christene), Daughters Patricia Ruhtz and Donna Chapple(Bruce). Grandchildren Lori,Christi,Eric,David,Brian and Heidi. Great grandchildren are Emily, Brandon, Andrew, Matthew, Ashton, Breanna, Ivy, Morgan ,Jason, Alexis and Braxton and numerous loving nieces and nephews. For online condolences please fill out below.
