She was married to her late husband, Richard Livingstone, on October 29, 1966.
Barbara has always been active in her communities serving as a volunteer leader for The Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and being a member of The Tampa Bay Austin Healey Club.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Eve Gorman (Brian); granddaughter, Anna Gorman; and brother, Charles Hester.
She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Livingstone; sisters, Sue Banks and Mary Sykes.
Services will be held for Barbara at Serenity Funeral Home and Serenity Gardens, 13401 Indian Rocks Rd., Largo, FL 33774 on August 28th, 2022. A visitation will be from 12pm-2pm, her funeral service will begin at 2pm in the Library with a graveside to follow. The family invites attendees to stay for a catered reception to continue celebrating Barbara's life.
