Bea Albina Z Drumheiser 93, of Port Charlotte Florida and former resident of Largo FL died Saturday June 2, 2012 in Douglas T Jacobson State Veterans Home in Port Charlotte. She was born in Philadelphia on 11/11/1918 Bea enjoyed life and was happy until her final days despite having dementia and being confined to a wheelchair. Like all lives there are tragedies with the biggest for Bea being the passing of her husband, Earl C., when Bea was 51. Bea moved to Largo from Philadelphia in 1987. She loved her children, Eileen Kershaw (deceased) and Earl J., her grandchildren, Joe Kershaw (deceased), Todd Kershaw, Dan Drumheiser, and Carla Drumheiser. Bea always kept in contact with her five sisters, Stella, Carol, Helen (deceased), Fran (deceased) and Ginny (deceased) and showed her love for them despite the geographical distances between them. Bea had many friends over the years and cared for them very much. Bea will be missed. A Memorial Mass is planned for June 21st at 10am at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Largo FL. Inurnment will follow in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park.
