Roger Paul Buck, 66, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on January 1, 2024, in Lansing. He was born on June 25, 1957, in Lansing, Michigan. Roger was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.
Roger had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Whether you needed a tool or anything for that matter, he was your guy. He was known for his caring and loving nature, always putting others before himself.
In his personal and family relationships, Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Roger Lee Buck and Betty Joyce Buck. He is survived by his spouse, Yvonne Buck, his children, Brandy Buck and Joseph Buck, siblings Ronald Buck, Debbi (Miguel) Soto, his grandchildren, Emiliano Rodriguez, Aaron Buck, Adam Fidel Aguilar Jr., Joseph Buck, Gabriel Aguilar, Isabel Aguilar, Noah Cuellar, and his great-grandchildren, Jaxon Rodriguez, Jameson Rodriguez. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will cherish his memory.
Roger attended Harry Hill High School in Lansing, Michigan. After completing his education, he dedicated 30 years of his career to working at General Motors. He was a proud member of the UAW 602.
Outside of his professional life, Roger had a passion for playing the drums. He found joy in music, especially the Beatles, rock n' roll, and classic rock. He also had a fondness for cartoons, particularly Mighty Mouse, Looney Tunes, and Tom and Jerry.
Roger Paul Buck will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kindness, generosity, and love for his family and friends will be remembered always. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
