Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. I remember those great summers our families spent together at Long Lake and I believe your Dad did have the fastest boat on the lake for several of those summers!! He was a fine gentleman and I'm sure a great Father!

I worked with Otto for a couple years back in the late 80's.To this day I use allot of his responses. He was truly a great influence on me. I haven't seen him much in recent years but when someone calls me a upper for saying "let er go A" i tell them I got that from my uncle Otto. I'm sorry for your loss aunt jesse. I will miss Otto, but I will think of him often.

Otto Perry was my best friend's father. During my childhood when my own father was too busy for me...Otto made room for me in his family.

I was a loud, mischievious, goof of a 9-year-old but Carolyn and I thought I was hilarious and we were usually occupied being silly together, thanks to Otto.

Disregarding his own need for peace and quiet (and Jessie's too--Bless You Jessie), Otto would frequently exclaim; "We've gotta take Kelly!" and off I would get to go with Carolyn and her parents...to Church and dinner, every Sunday...vacations fishing off the dock at the lake, sitting down to family dinners at the Perry's on school nights and enjoying sleepovers on weekends. 

Otto Perry was generous, patient, and kind in so many ways, but I will always remember how Otto's Living Faith led him to shield a little girl from much of the harshness of her life, allowing her know how it felt to be safe and wanted.

I enjoyed his humor, admired his honesty and integrity, and valued his friendship. He encouraged my walk in the Lord. He truly represented the Carpenter he loved.  Duane Feldpausch

I am so saddened to hear of Otto's passing; he was the "salt of the earth". My life is better for having known him. My thoughts are with you Jessie.

My dear friend, Sharyn, has lost her daddy. I met Otto on several occasions and was impressed by his presence. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. I will always remember Mr. Otto Perry for his work in God's kingdom.  When faced with a couple rambunctious, disinterested boys during his Sunday School class, he creatively managed to motivate us to memorize Scripture.  Since then I have never forgotten "...all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace and the redemption that came by Christ Jesus" (Rom 3:23-24, NIV).  Thank you Otto Perry.  May my life build upon the work of servants like you.
