Age 88; born September 9, 1922 in Germany; died December 24, 2010 in Lansing, MI. A veteran of World War II, Otto was a brick and stone mason for over 50 years. He was also a charter member of Colonial Village Baptist Church. Otto is survived by his wife of 66 years, Jessie Perry; three daughters, Sharyn O’Mara, Marilyn (David) Hill, Carolyn Kundrat; son, Jonathan (Diane) Perry; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and sisters Ruth (Paul) Anibal & Lilly (Ron) Skiffington. Otto was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be greatly missed.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Colonial Village Baptist Church, 2010 Boston Blvd., Lansing, MI 48910 with the Rev. H. Randolph Morgan and the Rev. Matthew Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00pm & 6:00-8:00pm on Monday, December 27, 2010 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will take place in Deepdale Cemetery, Lansing, MI with Military Honors. Contributions may be made to Colonial Village Baptist Church, or, Hospice House of Mid-Michigan, P.O. Box 30480, Lansing, MI in memory of Otto.
