She was born to Naydia and Lionel Carlisle Rexford in Muskegon Michigan on September 10th, 1947.
She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon (Pete) Thomas Peterson.
She is survived by her sister Janette Rexford, brother Bill Rexford, daughters Angenette (John) Stebbins, Melissa Peterson, 3 grandchildren Jamie (Graham) Martin, Molly Stebbins, and Peter Stebbins and great-grandson Oliver Francis Martin.
Linda worked at The Lansing Chamber of Commerce for 28 years. Then owned and maintained several rental properties.
Linda was always busy and active. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was also very happy to be a great grandmother to her great-grandson, Ollie. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, and her family.
