Georgia B. Brown, 94, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning October 27th. She was born March 7, 1930, in Flint, Michigan, a daughter of the late William and Eva McClard (Kirby).
Georgia attended Eastern High School in Lansing, Michigan. She worked most of her years as a tailor. After retiring she stayed busy by volunteering at the Sparrow Gift Shop and the Delta Township Library. Georgia was an avid golfer and bowler. She loved big band music, and spending time with family and cats. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie; eight grandchildren: Kristina, Charlotte, Kevin, Kirk, Zachariah, Nicholas, Jason, and Michael, and seven great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and sister, she is preceded in death by her two daughters, Constance and Linda.
