Erin Marie Richardson went home to the Lord Saturday, May 20th. Born to Albert and Blanca Richardson she was the oldest of two children and a firecracker from day one. The ultimate daddy's girl, what Erin lacked in size, she more than made up with her feisty spirit and tenacious grip on life. Erin possessed an array of talents. She was incredibly musically inclined and was an avid reader, and her voice when she sang could sometimes bring you to tears. Her laugh was loud and infectious and most of the time was the center of attention. Yet, probably her biggest talent of all was the way she made you feel every time you would see her. There was always a huge smile followed by a big hug. Erin was always so selfless. Always thinking of others before herself.
When she wasn't slinging drinks at the local watering "Hole" you could catch her watching her beloved Detroit Lions, having a barbeque, watching scary movies, reading, or just enjoying times with anyone that would come by. But what gave her the most joy was being with her children. Erin was a mother of six and more than a few bonus ones that kept her busy, yet she couldn't have loved it anymore. She definitely wouldn't have had it any other way.
She is survived by her parents Albert Richardson, and Blanca (Mark) Howard. Her brother Edrick (Monique) Richardson. True love Shawn Stevenson. And the absolute loves of her life, Daniel (Marquetta) Richardson, Autumn Joy Richardson, Payten Essie, Chanel Grace, Carley Estelle, and Caylah Lee Stevenson. Her bonus is Stevenson's, three nieces, one nephew, and four grandsons. And many many loved ones and friends.
Rather than naming all that preceded her in death, just know that many arms were waiting to guide her through the gates of eternity.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
