of Lansing, MichiganAge 54, died unexpectedly October 9, 2007 at home. Douglas was born September 4, 1953 in Lansing, Michigan and was the son of Richard and Elsie Marie (VanRyckeghem) Grace. Douglas worked as a Metal Finisher for General Motors. He was an avid golfer and outdoorsman. Surviving are his daughters, Baylee L. Grace and Ashlee M. Grace; former wife and best friend, Janene L. Grace; father, Richard A. Grace; sisters, Paulette S. Grace and Sandra (David) Johnson; brother, Dean (Kathy) Grace; 6 nieces and nephews who loved him very much; many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elsie (September 2006). Visitation is 2-4, 6-8PM Sunday, October 14, 2007 with a 6PM Vigil Service at Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 West Saginaw, Lansing 48917. The Memorial Mass will be 11:00AM Monday, October 15, 2007 at St. Gerard Catholic Church, 4437 W. Willow Hwy, Lansing 48917 with Father Joseph Krupp, officiating.
