Darlene S. Premo

Lansing, MI

Born August 7, 1947 in Lansing, the daughter of William and Joyce (Schultz) Burdick, passed away June 21, 2012 at the age of 64. Darlene was a resident of Lansing all of her life. She retired from General Motors after 20 years of service. Darlene loved playing bingo, travelling to the upper peninsula and her dog, Daisy May. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheri Lynn Premo; father, William Burdick; and her dear friend, Esther D. Risner. Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving sons, Jeff (Deanna) Adams and Shawn (Cheryl) Premo; grandchildren, Jordan Adams, Deamber Adams, Brandi Adams and Katie Adams; mother, Joyce M. Burdick; and her sister, Jeannie “Weannie” Burdick. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 25, 2012 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
