It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Nancy Leanne Smith after a brief illness. She was 59 years old.
For the past 25 years Nancy was employed as a health care worker. She worked at the Providence Care Facility in Vancouver until the middle of June this year. She entered the hospital on July 1st and spent the next 4 & 1/2 months in and out of the hospital. She passed away peacefully on November 19, 2023.
She is survived by her son Spencer, friend Craig, mom Freda, sisters Wendy and Kerry (Gord), and brother Gord. She was predeceased by her father, Bud Smith in 2009.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Nancy on Saturday, Dec.9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Henderson's Langley Funeral Home. Everyone is welcome.
