With great sadness, we announce the passing of our sister and aunt after a brief illness. She was born in Grand Forks, B.C. and after training as a registered nurse and specializing in maternity care, she spent many holidays traveling all over North America, Europe, Great Britain and even Japan.
Muriel was predeceased by her brother Ken, her parents Ivy and Bill Moore and her longtime companion Gordon Holloway. She will be lovingly remembered by her brother Al and sister Doreen as well as nine nieces and nephews and their children. She was a thoughtful and generous aunt, and we are thankful for her presence in our lives.
We are grateful to Langley Lodge for the wonderful care they provided over the last few years. A service will be held in the spring of 2025 at St. George’s Anglican Church in Fort Langley. Muriel was a woman of faith, and she passed peacefully in the sure and certain hope of the resurrection.
