She was preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen Laurisky, brother, Duane Fouse and her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ron Keaton, sons, Duane (Dacian) Keaton and Doug Keaton; two grandchildren, Alex and Kendall; sister, Marjorie Fouse Goldberg. The family Donna created and nurtured was the center of her life and her life’s truest legacy.
She was the girls tennis coach at William V. Fisher High School and Lancaster High School for many years.
She loved theatre and was a founder of Garret Players. For many years she was an active member of the Lancaster Arts & Civic Club to bring theatre to children throughout Fairfield County. She was a devoted supporter of the Fairfield County District Library through her membership on the Board of the Friends of the Library.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 17, 2018 at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Pastor David Long-Higgins of David’s United Church of Christ in Canal Winchester officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to service on Saturday at the funeral home. Private burial will be held at Forest Rose Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Fairfield County Humane Society.
