Celebrating the Life of Lynn Ross
Lynn was the only daughter born to Judith and Jerry Tidwell.
Lynn attended Antelope Valley High School and graduated in 1988.
Lynn was employed by various companies which included Kmart, Movies 5-7, in which if you were a relative you got in for free. She ended her working career at Wells Fargo Bank and took on the enjoyable task of being a Mom for her boys that were the joy of her life.
Lynn enjoyed holidays her favorite was St. Patrick’s Day, green beer and parties. She enjoyed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Day and July 4th. She loved BBQ’s, swimming, playing games, her faves were Ping-Pong, corn hole (wash shoes) and darts she was pretty good. Trust me she was going to win just a little competitive.
The birthday parties for her boys were an adventure! Her scavenger hunts had all those invited having a great time. Included and always really cool bags of toys and candies for each one who attended.
Lynn was selfless in helping in the youth sports leagues her boys played. She was on the board, the Team-Mom and would instruct the Coach of the teams on how to be a better Coach ie: Pierre.
Lynn was an avid softball player making All-stars playing catcher. In coed softball as she got older and loved to play the hot corner. (Third Base)
Lynn was always loving and accepted all no matter where you’re from or who you are she always had a loving heart.
Lynn enjoyed cooking, BBQ'ing and trying new recipes. But we all know she could create a relish dish with designer cuts, the winner was the deviled eggs, that people would fight for getting enough of them.
On October 26, 1985 Lynn met this guy Willie Pierre Ross whom she dated for 7 years due to the success of their first date. On October 25, 1992 they were wed in Las Vegas, Nevada. Two wonderful children were born in this marriage. Joshua Pierre Willie and Jakeb Andrew. She spent many days volunteering in their classrooms and field trips. Lynn enjoyed every moment and she was always their #1 Fan.
Lynn was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Carolyn Tidwell. She leaves to cherish her memories, husband Willie Pierre, sons Joshua and Jakeb, brothers Jerry (Valerie) Tidwell and Mark (Michelle Moran) Tidwell. Including many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
