Born October 1, 1962, in Los Angeles, California. Passed away January 11, 2013, in Lancaster, California. She grew up in Los Angeles, attended Carver Elementary, Vanguard Middle School and Centennial High School. She has lived in the Antelope Valley 22 years. She was a Medical Transcriber and was attending AV College for the RN program. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, camping, fishing, cooking and bowling. She worked for LA Unified School District as a bus driver, was an usher youth counselor with Great Open Door COGIC in Long Beach. Survived by her husband John Wright, sons Omaude Winbush and Trevon Winbush both of Lancaster. Also survived by her sister Darlene and brother Larry Casmas. Preceded in death by her parents Eleanor and Leroy Casmas. Viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday January 18, 2013, services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday , January 19, 2013, both at Joshua Memorial Park and Mortuary, Lancaster.
