Christina Marie Charterina, 37, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022, at the Advent Hospital in Orlando, Florida after fighting a long battle with an autoimmune disease that affected her liver. Born in Rahway, New Jersey on August 1, 1985 to Mary Jane & Julian Charterina of Viera, Florida.
Christina was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and godmother and was also referred to as Stina & Aunt CC.
Christina attended grammar school and high school in Manchester, NJ, graduating in 2003. She went on to study cosmetology and became a hairstylist. She worked for many years in New Jersey while living there but the last 4 years she has been living and working in Florida. She recently accomplished her lifelong dream of owning a hair salon.
Christina is preceded in death by her daughter, Julianna Teresa Charterina Fusaro; grandparents James and Mary Jane Hart; grandparents Julian & Teresa Charterina; Uncle Aurelio Charterina; Aunt Marilyn Hart; and her dear friend Ashley Devine along with other beloved family members.
She is survived by her parents Julian & Mary Jane Charterina; sister Jessica Charterina DeLucca and her husband Christopher DeLucca; brother Julian Charterina; nieces Sophia, Elianna & Mariella DeLucca; boyfriend Steve Klassen; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A visitation for Christina will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at D'Elia Funeral Home, Route 70 & Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at St. Mary of the Lake Church, 43 Madison Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701. An interment will occur Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, One Honey Locust Dr, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
