Mary Fuselier Savant

She was born in Mamou, LA and was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. Mary was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.

Survivors include her son, Mark Savant and wife, Kim; daughter, Paula Hebert; brother, Albert Fuselier; sisters, Margaret Tauzin and Cora Price; grandchildren, Mandy, Nate, Cody, Timothy, Jared, Felix, Ford, Grady, Nicole, Erica and Kristin; and great grandchildren, Lily, Bryn, Jackson, Liam, Colton and one granddaughter on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Lillian Fuselier; her husband, Walter Savant; son, Jonothan Savant; daughters, Christine West and Marianne Lowery; and granddaughter, Carla Rose Savant.

Visitation will be from 2pm to 9pm with a rosary at 6pm on Friday, July 3, 2015 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles and will resume on Saturday from 8am until service time. Her funeral will be at 10am on Saturday at the funeral home. Father Matthew Cormier will officiate. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery.
