Joseph Clarence Watson, age 72, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on Friday, March 22, 2024. He was born on February 24, 1952 in Sulphur, Louisiana to Felton Paul Watson and Norma Jean Ledger Watson who have preceded him in death.
The beloved friends and family left to cherish his wonderful memories include: His son, Christopher Joseph Paul Watson his wife Alicia, their daughter Ophelia Adrienne Grace Watson and his daughter Katlyn S. with grandson Grayson. His son: Jacob Cory Watson. Two daughters; Alissa Marie Watson, her daughter Kamille Rose Gardner, and Blanche Marie Vidrine with 3 grandchildren. His sister, Jeanine G. Chambers. Nieces; Shawntel Clopper and Monique Babin-Elam (deceased). And all who cherished their time with him!
The family will welcome the public for visitation Saturday, March 30, 2024 at J. E. Hixson and Sons Funeral Home Chapel of Lilies from 10:30 AM until time of service at 12:00 PM. Service will be officiated by Pastor Jay Lawson. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery and Sulphur, Louisiana.
