William "Bill" Eugene Richardson, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 8, 2022.
He was born in Louisville to the late William "Jones" and Dorothy Barbour Richardson on April 14, 1944.
Bill worked for Robley Rex VA Medical Center and proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Pharmacist. He loved his job and was always studying medications and reactions. Bill loved learning; he attended pre-pharmacy at Western Kentucky University and received his Bachelor in Pharmacy from University of Kentucky. Bill enjoyed playing guitar and in his younger years was in a band.
Left to cherish the memory of Bill are his wife of 43 years; Virginia "Ginger" Schramm Richardson, children; Elizabeth "Beth" Richardson and Tommy Richardson (Steve Smith), beloved companion; Barkley, extended family and friends.
A celebration of life for Bill will be held on his 78th birthday, April 14, 2022 at 1pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031 with burial to follow at Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until the start of the service.
