She was born to the late Orville Fred and Edith Mae (Burgin) Hahn on July 26, 1948 in Lyndon, Kentucky.
Sara was a member of LaGrange Church of Christ. She enjoyed watching Street Outlaws with her son Wayne and spending time with her grandkids.
She is preceded in death by husband; Carmel Edens, 3 grandchildren; Alexis, Frankie, and Kevin, and brother; Freddie Hahn.
Left to cherish the memory of Sarah are her children; Gary Wayne Edens (Paula), Pamela Jo Rison (Buck), and Edith Naomi Edds (Michael), 6 grandchildren; Bridgete (Bradley), Corey (Sam), Brooke (James), Andrew, Hayley (Matthew), and Matthew, 10 great-grandchildren; Peyton, Camden, Easton, Corbin, Caleb, Lorraine, Jasper, Kayston, Hunter, and Paislee, sister; Ida Thompson (Wayman), extended family and friends.
A celebration of Sarah's life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031 on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 11am with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 4-8pm at the funeral home.
Memorial donations can be made in Sarah's name to American Cancer Society.
