She was born to the late Robert Fulton and Betty Snapp Blanton on April 13, 1947 in Harlan, KY. Nicki served the public as a Human Resource social worker and she enjoyed flower gardening, decorating the home and yard, yard-saling for treasures, and was an animal advocate. She also enjoyed movies but above all she loved her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother; Steven Randall Blanton.
Left to cherish the memory of Nicki are her siblings; Robert F. Blanton III (Madalina) and Allison Blanton Sheppard (Allen), friend; Wilma Harper, sister-in-law; Eileen Brian Blanton, nephews; Jonathon Blanton and Christopher Blanton, nieces; Lara Blanton, and Angela Sheppard Lueke(David), great-nieces Madelynn Blanton, Lilly Blanton, Abigail Blanton, Izybelle Blanton, and Olivia Lueke, plus a large group of extended family and friends.
A celebration of Nicki's life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home Wednesday, November 22, 2023 from 1-4pm.
