She was born to Nichole and Mark Fairfield in Edinburgh, Indiana on September 26, 2005.
Lily was a Junior at North Oldham High School, set to graduate early with the class of 2022 with aspirations to become a Physician Assistant. She was a member of the Girl-Up Club, enjoyed working out at the YMCA in Norton Commons, was an avid reader and enjoyed skiing.
She was preceded in death by her mother; Nichole Danielle Fairfield and paternal grandfather; Herb Fairfield.
Left to cherish the memory of Lily are her father; Mark Fairfield, sister; Zoe Fairfield, grandparents; Kevin Lowrey, Joy Turner and Sally Fairfield, extended family and friends.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 2-6pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Lily's name to the Oldham County Humane Society.
