She was born to Dan and Shelba Hayes on January 11, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Gina was a wonderful devoted wife, mother and GiGi. She loved the Western Kentucky Hill Toppers, reading, traveling, amusement parks, taking rides in her yellow convertible, live music, going to concerts, and shopping. She would call herself the “Coupon Queen”. Gina was a very compassionate, people person who never met a stranger.
Left to cherish the memory of Gina are her Husband of 31 years; Stanley “Corky” Skaggs, Children; Luke Skaggs, Hayley Skaggs, Corky Jason Skaggs, Whitney Skaggs and Andrew Skaggs, Grandchildren; Kobe, Lily, Jayden, Charlie, Ashley and Cooper, Mother; Shelba Wood Hayes, Siblings; Daniel Hayes and Lisa Wolfe, extended family and friends.
A Memorial gathering will be held Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 West Jefferson Street in LaGrange from 2-4 PM, with a Memorial service starting at 4.
A private Burial will take place at Vol Laymon Cemetery in Millwood, Kentucky.
