Ernest Lee Douglas Sr.

Ernest was a lover of fishing and poker, he found joy in the camaraderie of friends and family. As a proud Mason of Shawnee lodge (830), he exemplified the values of brotherhood and service.

Ernest is preceded in death by his brothers, Phillip, Jackie, and James Douglas. He leaves behind a loving family: his spouse, Suzann Douglas; children Timothy Douglas (Deana), Tammy Fraim (Ron), Danna Dixon (Marty), and Ernest Douglas Jr.; sisters Georgia Knight and Dovie Hamlet; grandchildren Joshua Hodge, Courtney Fraim, Austin Dixon, Amber Dixon, Taylor Douglas, Steven Dixon, Kaitlyn Schutte, and Jeremy Fraim; as well as great-grandchildren Andrew Fraim, Carson Fraim, McKenna Neuner, Adalynn Fraim, Layla Smith, and Emery Dixon.

Ernest's legacy of love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and cherished always.

A visitation will be held Friday, November 1, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, Lagrange, KY 40031. A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow at Valley Rest Cemetery, S 1st St, La Grange, KY 40031.
