He was a member of Grace Baptist Church, a U.S. Army Veteran and a Supervisor for Ford Motor Company. His biggest love was for his Church and family. Curtis's great joy came from singing and playing music for the nursing home ministry and UK basketball and football.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Mervin and Grace Jewel Kittrell; siblings, Dale Kittrell, Johnny Kittrell and Joyce Avera; great granddaughter, Abigail Utley.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Judy Kittrell; children, Charlie Kittrell (Danielle), Marianna Kiani (Mitch), Katie Joya (Steve), Carol Wieger (Patrick) and Ronda Justice; brother, Wilson Kittrell (Virginia); 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11 AM on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Heady Radcliffe Funeral Home. Visitation from 4-8 PM on Sunday. Burial will be in Kittrell Family Cemetery in State Line, Mississippi at 11 AM on Saturday, October 8, 2022.
