She was a member of Covington Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death was her daughter, Melinda Fraley.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Jim Noel; daughters, Nancy Newman (Boog), Carrie Monk (Greg) and Jamie Shelton (Mark); grandchildren, Amanda Reynolds, Jessica Gerth, Chelsea Gaddis, Tyler Shelton, Harrison Newman, Alexandra Monk, Madeline Monk, Lilyanna Monk and Jacob Shelton: great grandson, Kason Shelton.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Friday, December 27, 2019, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 4-8 PM Thursday.
