He was born on May 9, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Marion and Mary Burnett.
Charles was an avid UK Basketball fan and loved NASCAR, particularly Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson.
He is preceded in death by his brother; John Burnett and sisters; Mary and Rose.
Left to cherish the memory of Charles are his son; Rick Burnett (Hannah), granddaughter; Genevieve Burnett, sister; Helen, brother; Jim Burnett, bestfriend; Jim Ray (Mary), close cousins; Bill and Inez, extended family and friends.
A Service will be held for Charles at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 11am with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 10am until the start of the service.
