Carol Jean McKinnon

Born in Lorain, Ohio, she moved to Crestwood in the mid 1990s. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Carol was a retired Secretary for Lorain Products and was a long time member of the Homemakers Club, serving in many positions at the Homemaker County level and as president of the Oldham County Homemakers. She enjoyed traveling. An avid collector of rolling pins, though she was not a baker, her humor and kindness will sorely be missed.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Donald P. and Elise McKinnon; husband, Frank Hacker who passed away on March 21, 2022; brother, Donald J. McKinnon.

Survivors include her niece, Allison McKinnon; step children, Katy Klaproth of Orlando Florida and Michael Hacker of Louisville; neighbors who were like family; the Francis family and Cyndi Smith of Crestwood.

A Mass will be conducted at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Visitation at the church from 10 AM until 11 AM on Wednesday .
