Susan Kimberly Carroll

Mrs. Carroll was born June 4, 1966 in LaGrange, daughter of Joyce Bailey Atkinson and the late Dennis Atkinson, Sr. She had lived in LaGrange all her life and was Baptist by faith. Mrs. Carroll was a homemaker and was a very loving person who loved her family dearly.

Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Tim Carroll; two sons, Nicholas Carroll and Blake Carroll; grandson, Braylen Carroll; one sister, Tammy Kennedy; two brothers, Dennis Atkinson, Jr. and Cary Atkinson; one niece and two nephews, Tiffany and Kyle Anderson of Crown Point, IN, Dennis Grant and Bonnie Hester, Jr., and Devin Kennedy; and several great nephews and great nieces, Jackson Grant Hester, Marek Bauner, Klohe Anderson, and Karah Joyce Anderson.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Sam Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery.

The family will be at the home of her sister, Tammy Kennedy, 3924 Roanoke Road, and will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
