I just wanted to say that you’re the greatest person I’ve ever met! I will miss you everyday. Thank you for everything,  you will always be in my heart and I will always look up to you. I love you soo much uncle Mitchell.

I was absolutely shocked and saddened to hear of Mitchell’s passing.  I just can’t believe it.  Mitchell was one of the warmest people I have ever met.  He always made everyone feel special.  He was quick to say hello, give you a hug and offer you a drink or something to eat.   He was genuine and sincere.... a  heart of gold and a pure gem.   I don’t understand why God takes some of us at a young age, but I have no doubt that Mitchell is basking in pure love and warmth in heaven.  He is alive, and will be watching over you as he loved you all so much, especially  his beautiful grandson Maverick.  May you feel him near you always.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  May God provide you with abundant strength.

I am in a loss of words. I cannot believe "My Buddy" Mitch is not here with us. We will all miss him dearly. I am finally at a point where I'm ready to share my thoughts and my friendship I have for Mitch and Rosalie.

I met Mitch in October 2006 (12 years ago) when Mitch interviewed and hired as a Modification Planner in building 94. Since then our friendship has grown. I give Mitch the credit for my career today and thank him for giving me a chance. During social gatherings at my house etc. (Birthday's/Baby Shower's/Boxing events) Mitch would often put his arm around me and say, "You know I interviewed you and hired you". Mitch has always mentor me, given me advice and shared his friendship with me and my family. I am blessed and thankful for that .

All who know Mitch knows his love for Rosalie, his daughter, grandson and his family.

I knew Mitch during the old days as a working artisan, crew leader and 1st Line  Supervisor for maintenance and he working then also as a crew leader and eventually as E&E Supervisor with the F18s in the late 1990's and early 2000's. 
He was truly a good friend who always helped and supported everyone from not just a maintenance stand point but a really genuine nice person who was very sociable, gave great advice and a very caring person who very much wanted you to always succeed and give your best in everything you do and to never give up.

I met Mitch when I worked in the F/A-18 Production Office; he was always a very good friend giving great advice on work and life.  I truly admired his work ethics and wanting to do better.
Mitch, you were taken from your family and friends too soon; you will be greatly missed but never forgotten!  

Mitch, at work you always had a positive attitude and a smile. I am  blessed to have known you and to be counted among your many friends. We will miss you Mitch! Semper Fi!

To the Morris Family we are so sorry for your loss.  My husband Phil worked with Mitchell at North Island.  He has known Mitchell for at least 30 years.  I have known Mitchell for about 20 years through my husband.  Mitchell was always happy and laughing.  I got the pleasure to know him more because this year Phil and myself were on a bowling team with him and Duane.  Mitchell loved bowling.  Win win was his motto and he always strived for first place.   His style of bowling was of no style that I had ever seen!  Mitchell was so helpful to me improving my bowling, he would say:  "Concentrate and shoulders square"!  He threw one heck of a hook ball that sometimes it looked like it was gonna go in the gutter and wow it was a strike!  He would say:  "Watch I'm gonna throw a Brooklyn" and he would!  Mitchell will surely be missed.  He is now in heaven with his grandmother and Fletcher!

I met Mitch when he started working at North Island on the CH46 Helo Program as a mechanic.  One of the first things he shared with us is that he was a proud Marine and he would call all of us privates!
He was always helpful and truly a nice person, he never complained about the work and was always laughing.  Mitch was the kind of person you could count on to always get the job done.  
I had just found out he passed away on the 13th and I had recently had a nice long conversation with him on the 12th.  I was shocked to hear about his passing.  He will be missed by many including especially myself.  I will miss him calling me private Martinez.
Mitch was very proud of his daughter and loved his family dearly.  May he be at peace and may God bless his soul.
My condolences to his family, I will never forget him, as a co-worker and a brother veteran.  He was a very special person and I was fortunate to have known him. 
I am very sorry that I will not be able to attend his services due to a planned trip.  I will definitely visit him when I return at Miramar National Cemetery.

Although I didn't work directly with Mitch we often discussed issues via phone at FRCSW.  I had occassion to meet his dear wife recently. What a joy for life they displayed!
Mitchell, you will be missed.

Mitch was a great person and co-worker, he was always helpful and grateful when asking for help from someone else.  He encouraged co-workers to be a go-getter, to learn everything about their job and more,  to reach for the stars.  He will be truly missed, our thoughts and prayers are with you now.

During that time Mitch was always telling; No problem Ennis call me anytime if I had any questions pertaining to the project we were working on for our job. Finally i’m Just at a loss for words.
