Roy L. Vance Jr., age 73, of Mercedes, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022. Roy was born July 21, 1948 to Kathleen Herod and Roy Vence Sr..

Roy is survived by his wife, Ana Vance; his son Colby Vance; his son Jerry Rhodes Jr.; his daughter Felicita Meeks; his daughter Tina Rhodes; and his daughter Hope McCloskey.

Roy loved live. He loved riding his Harley with his wife. He was an honest, respectful, funloving man.

Family meant everything to him.

Roy was preceded in death by his mother Kathleen Herod and his father Roy Vence Sr.; his brother Billy Jack Edmondson and his brother Jimmy Edmondson.
