Maria Elma Saldivar, age 79, of Harlingen, went to meet the Lord, on Sunday, January 2, 2022. Maria was born July 30, 1942.
Elma was preceded in death by her mother and father Josefina and Antonio Anzaldua, her brothers Hilario and Antonio, Jr. Anzaldua, her grandson, Jacob Leigh Saldivar.
She is survived by husband Gilbert Saldivar Sr. Her children Gilbert (Krissy) of Union, Mississippi, Albert (Nelly) of San Antonio, Rosanne Marie Ysasi (David) of Arlington and Nelda LeeAnn Bires (Dana) of Harlingen. Seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Her brother, Gilbert Anzaldua (Lilia) and sister Maria Elena Rosales both from Mercedes.
Funeral services will be family only due to Covid.
