Darlene Novlean Lawler

She lived in the Harlingen area, most of her life as a bookkeeper for various businesses.

She also proudly served in the United States Air Force 1960-1962.

She moved in with her mother in 1988 after her father passed away. She stayed and cared for her mother until her death in 2015.

She moved to Angleton to live with her son Michael Lawler in 2018.

Darlene loved her family dearly. She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing for the Lord. She was also a member of the "Sunny Squares" square dance club where she was a round dance instructor and caller.

She is survived by her sons Michael (Amy) Lawler of Angleton, TX, and Gary (Heidi) Warner of La Feria, TX. She is also survived by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and many more family and friends.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her brother Ronny Douglas Warner.

She will be deeply missed.
