Alicia was loved by everyone she would meet, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and godmother. She loved going to dances and playing bingo but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by everyone. Alicia was a kind and loving person, she would help anyone and everyone. Her greatest asset was having a big and loving heart. Her home always had an open door to anyone that needed it.
Alicia is preceded in death by her biological parents, Andrew and Antonia Garcia, one sister Antonia Garcia, her mom Juanita Perez and dad Jose Perez.
Alicia is survived by her husband Francisco Garcia, three daughters Candelaria (Rudy) Benavidez of Weslaco, Ana (Macario) Alvarez, of Pontiac MI, Leandra (Ricardo) Mora of Corpus Christi, and one son Jose (Erica) Garcia of Raymondville.
Also surviving her, are the loves of her life, her five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; Julio Limon of Weslaco, Andres Alvarez of Pontiac MI, Justin Limon of Corpus Christi Maximiliano Alvarez of Pontiac MI, granddaughter Martina Garcia of Weslaco and great-grandson Jared Limon of Weslaco.
Also, surviving her is her sister Juanita (Alfredo) Gonzalez of Weslaco and her godson Javier Garcia Jr. of Weslaco.
The Garcia Family would like to express their gratitude to all the family and friends that visited and prayed for her in addition thank you for all the kindness and special attention that all the staff from United Hospice Care Services gave us in our time of need.
