Tyler Andrew Mayfield

On June 14, 2022, Tyler Andrew Mayfield gained his angel wings. Tyler was born on June 16, 1992, in Kokomo, Indiana to Marcus and Holly Mayfield. Tyler loved his friends and family as much as The Nightmare Before Christmas. Tyler was part of the 2011 graduating class of Kokomo High School and was pursuing his license in Real Estate. Tyler was not only a driven young man, but one of the most goal-oriented people in all our lives. Tyler is survived by his father, Marcus Mayfield, and his stepmother Rebecca Mayfield. Along with his parents Tyler is survived by his siblings Jasmine Mayfield, Michael Wisehart, and Destanee Wisehart. As well as his aunt Holly Durham, but most importantly his only daughter Alianna Jade Mayfield. Tyler is preceded in death by his mother Holly Mayfield, grandmother Diana Branch-Hightower, and Aunt Stacy Branch. These women, including his sister Jasmine and daughter Alianna were the most influential people in his life. Everything Tyler did was golden. His smile could brighten up a cloudy day, his energy could fill a room, but most importantly his love was always known to the ones around him. He was the best father, son, sibling, and friend of so many in our community and so many adored him. A private family service will be held at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 South Webster Street in Kokomo. Flower arrangements may be made through Banner Flower House located at 1017 South Buckeye Street. Donations to go toward the care and well-being of his daughter Alianna will be accepted ath Ellers Mortuary or a gofundme account.
