Tammy Sue Evans

Tammy Sue (Miller) Evans passed away on April 13, 2022 after a battle with cancer that, despite the impact it had on her body, could never touch her compassionate heart, resilient mind, or gentle and loving spirit.
Tammy was born on January 25, 1959 in Kokomo, Indiana. She lived a life dedicated to her work, her church, her home, and her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Deloris Miller, her sister, Nancy Zore, her brother, J. Todd Miller, and her husband, Rickey Evans.
Tammy is survived by her sons, Billy Sedam of New Port Richey, FL & Jimmy (Liv) Sedam of Indianapolis, IN, stepson, Rickey Evans, Jr. (Jennifer), brother Michael (Debbie) Miller of Kokomo, IN, two granddaughters, Alyssa & Evie Sedam, several nieces and nephews, and many others who Tammy considered and treated as family.
The family wishes to thank everyone who assisted in her care and everyone who treated her with the kindness, dignity, and respect she so richly deserved and freely gave to all who knew her.
A visitation service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 12:00pm until the time of service at 1:00pm at Jesus Apostolic Faith Church; 408 E. Jackson St. Galveston, IN 46932, with graveside service to follow at Galveston Cemetery. Brother Jeff Haill will be officiating.
