Ella Bostic Maynard

Ella Maynard, 84, Kokomo went to see her Lord after a brief illness at 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 27 at Howard Regional. She was born September 11, 1932 in Huddy, KY. She married her husband Lee R. June 5, 1952. He precedes her in death. Ella was a life time member of Central Church of God. She retired from Delco after serving more than 30 years. Ella was a great mother and grandma. All the little kids loved going to grandma’s house. She welcomed everyone and will be dearly missed. Ella is survived by her sons; Terry(Roberta) Maynard, MI, Jerry(Julie) Maynard, Kokomo, daughters; Susan(Chris) Holman, Sandi Maynard, grandchildren; Andrea McKoon, Kasey(Jeff) Catt, Amanda (Josh) McCormick, Jason(Jenny) Maynard, Mathew Maynard, Nickolas Maynard, Clayton and Corren Holman, great grandchildren; Dylan, Brooklyn, Oliver, Aidyn, London, Maddox, Maddie, Jaxon, Margot, and Hudson. Ella was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lee R. and sister, Lois Smith and her late husband, York. Funeral Services for Ella will be Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 11a.m. at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home, 2097 W. Alto Road in Kokomo. Visiting hours will be from 3p.m. to 7p.m. the evening of Tuesday August 1. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
