Donna Lynn Peterson

Donna was born on May 14th, 1961 in Louisville, KY to her parents Donald Ray and Evelyn Marie (Markham) Peterson.

She is survived by her loving children Ashley (Kevin) Minor and Jordan Wesley Reynolds; sisters Mindy Peterson-Shoulders and Kim Johnson; first husband James (Betty) Reynolds; grandchildren Tyler Austin Purvis, Derik Alexander Purvis, Jayden Wesley Reynolds, and Braleigh Reynolds. Donna is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Donna was a graduate of Taylor High School, Class of 1979 and went on to receive her Associates Degree from I.U. Bloomington in 1981. During high school she participated in gymnastics and was a member of the cheerleading squad. She enjoyed dogs, horses and horse riding, riding Harley motorcycles, and traveling to Cumberland Falls with her family. Donna’s green thumb for roses, green beans, tomatoes, and corn was unparalleled. She was also the Indianapolis Colts number one fan. Donna was very outgoing and a joy to be around, her free spirit will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Evelyn, brother John Scott Peterson, and nephew Jeremy Scott Peterson.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kokomo Humane Society or your local Alcoholics Anonymous group.

Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday January 20th, 2018 at 1:00pm with Pastor Kathy Smith officiating. Friend may visit from 12:00pm until time of service. It was Donna’s wishes to be cremated.

Arrangement were entrusted to Ellers Mortuary and Cremation Center.
