Dessie Marie Wade, 70, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022. Dessie was born October 24,1951 to the late George and Viola Pierce.
She loved to travel, and found her happiness in the mountains or in the ocean. She was an avoid coffee drinker, which helped her keep up with her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved so much.
She is survived by her children; David (Christy Reese) Wade, Michelle Wade, and Kristy (Michael) Evitts, grandchildren; Michael Wade, Britney Nash, Michael Evitts Jr., Hannah M. Evitts, Caden Evitts, Bentley Evitts, Madison Evitts, Katlyn Wade, great grandchildren; Katherine Wade, Tanner Wade, Asher Wade, and sisters; May Simpson and Wanda Shell.
In addition to her parents, Dessie was preceded in death by her husband; David Wade, brothers; Jack Pierce, James Fletcher, Tom Fletcher and sister; Judy Barkdol.
There will be no public services at this time.
