Carolyn Jean Wood, 73, of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by family on February 17, 2023. Carol was known for her beautiful smile and caring heart. She enjoyed reading, music, dancing and spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Jerry Wood; one sister, who was also her best friend, Pat Bugh. She has four daughters, Michelle & Kelli Kirk, Rainell Wood (Skiles) & Christy Wood.
She loved spending time with her seven grandchildren, Kaden and Kaleb Wood, Kristian Kirk, Brailyn Pence, Aibryl, Ryder and Rilynn Skiles. She was also blessed with one great-grandchild, Avana Pence, and another one on the way! There will be a celebration of life, date to be announced by the family.
