Bruce Dion Johnson II

Bruce loved sports, his family and his children with all of his heart. He loved football, his favorite team was the Green Bay Packers. He enjoyed playing softball at Northwest Park, food with ranch dressing, pranking people, but most of all spending time with his kids.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jayla Johnson, Adrian Johnson and their mother, MacKenzie Marner; parents, Robert and Kimberly Bender; siblings, Amber (Todd) Powell, Nicole Ryan, Ty Johnson; Andrew Bender, Tommy L. Bender III, Deza'Rae Bender; niece, Raelynn Powell; many nieces and nephews in Logansport; grandparents, Larry and Carolyn Carver; and many other friends and relatives.

Bruce was preceded in death by grandparents, J.C. Davis, Tom and Wilda Bender, Dennis Oakes; great-grandparents, Francis and Maureen Randolph, Willie Stevenson; cousin Steven Bender.

A memorial gathering will take place from 12:00 pm until the start of a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home, 2097 W. Alto Road, Kokomo, IN. Share a memory with the family at www.sunsetmemorygarden.com.
