Boyd R. Dutton

Boyd Reice Dutton, age 84, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Boyd was born August 2, 1937, in Windfall IN to Floyd and Emoline (Copp) Dutton. Boyd graduated from Western High School in 1955. He married Alice (Evans) Dutton in 1963. He worked for Chrysler for 30 years after graduating, retiring in 1995. Tractor pulling and camping were Boyd's favorite activities, besides spending time with his family. Surviving are his wife Alice, two daughters, Jodi and Tracy, also Bunti; 5 grandchildren, Beau Dutton, Alex McQuiston, Zackary McQuistion, Haley Wheeler and Torey Wheeler; 3 great-grandchildren, Harper Dutton, Liam McQuiston and Wade McQuiston. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, Pat Metz, Keita Shannon, Alice Hatton, and 1 brother, John "Bud" Dutton, and 1 grandson Reice Perkins. There will be a visitation for Boyd on Friday, June 10, 2022 at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel, 725 S. Main St., Kokomo, from 11am until the time of service at 1pm.
