William Clarence Qualls III

William “Buddy” Qualls, age 64, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday morning at the Fort Sanders Medical Center. Mr. Qualls was a member of Harvest Community Church as well as a U.S. Army Veteran and an avid Harley rider. He was retired from Knoxville Iron Company with 40 years service. Mr. Qualls was preceded in death by his sister, Glenda Qualls and son, Jason Qualls; survived by his parents, William and Janie Qualls of Knoxville; loving wife Jackie Qualls; sons, Scotty Qualls, Richard Sands and Buddy Wayne Qualls; sister, Donna Loy, all of Knoxville. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lynnhurst- Greenwood Chapel of the Berry Funeral Home, with Pastor Monty Howell officiating. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 22, 2010, at the Lynnhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time for the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. at the Lynnhurst –Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home.
