Covington, Vivian Elizabeth, passes away peacefully on Friday October 21st, at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was preceded in death by: daughter Carol Sue; step-son Bruce Covington; parents Pierce and Louise Sharp; and brothers: Cecil, Roy, Gary, and Rod. Survivors include: Husband Bruce Covington; daughter Elizabeth and husband Chris Brown; son Steve Whitson; sisters: Ruby White, Evelyn Hopson, and Kay Jessee; grandchildren: Dominic, Samantha, Stephine, Andy, McKay, and Coby; great-grandchildren: Makayla, Kolbe, and Samantha; nieces: Sandra, Brenda, Linda, and Angela. The family will receive friends on Monday October 24th from 5-7 PM with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Covington officiating.
