Thomas Edward Robertson, age 28, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020. He was born on September 25, 1991, to his loving parents, Steve and Margo Robertson. Thomas loved the outdoors, particularly the Great Smoky Mountains, where he enjoyed hiking, camping and fishing. Thomas was a naturally talented musician and loved to play his guitar. Thomas had a strong faith and love of God. He grew up in the Bonny Kate/South Doyle community and was a member of Stock Creek Baptist Church where he came to know Jesus and was baptized. He leaves many friends who loved and appreciated his keen sense of humor and his fondness for adventure. Thomas left this world much too soon for those who loved him. But faith in the plans of God help us know we will be reunited.
He was preceded in death by grandfather, Edward F. Hill; grandparents, William H. and Martha Robertson; uncle, David Robertson and infant aunt, Carolyn Robertson.
Thomas is survived by his parents, Steve and Margo, his loving brother, Matthew, his adoring sister, Emily; grandmother, Blendeane Hill Mickelson; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family will receive friends in the parlors of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy. Knoxville, Tennessee, Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Friends and family will meet Monday, September 21, 2020 for an 11:00am graveside service at Stock Creek Cemetery, 8106 Martin Mill Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee. Reverend Gene Wood and Rev. Mike Treadway will be officiating.
