Thomas Benjamin Foster, age 66, of Knoxville, TN passed away peacefully at his family home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. He was a 1974 graduate of Doyle High School. Tom worked at Tom's Potato Chip Company for almost 40 years and later worked for National Partitions. Tom loved spending time with his special pet, Rufus.
He was preceded in death by parents, William and Mary J. Foster; sisters, Betty McIntyre, Jennie Grant, Bonnie Miller and brothers, Paul and Jack Foster, George Patton.
Tom is survived by brother, Mike Foster; sisters, Peggy Breeden (Estel), Susan Harrison (Raymond), Mary L. Foster; many nieces; nephews and special friends: Chris Vogt (Sherry), Raven and Chase Vogt, Diane Nelson and parents.
The family will receive friends Friday, September 23, 2022 between the hours of 5:00pm until 7:00pm in the parlors of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920. Family and friends will meet Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Berry Rd. Knoxville for an 11:00am for a Graveside Service officiated by Russell Hensley. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Covenant Hospice, especially, Amanda and Rita for the care they provided.
