Steve Kuberek "Kube" age 59 took his place in heaven Monday, January 24, 2022. He was a graduate of Farragut High School, Class of 1981. He was a Master Black Belt at TTJC, instructed by Grand Master Py K. Eun. He was a dearly loved son, brother, uncle, great-uncle and friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Max and Hazel Kuberek and Robert and Hazel Sorah. Uncle Gary Kuberek and aunt Wanda Kuberek.
He leaves to mourn his passing, parents, Merle and Glenna Kuberek; sister, Kathy (Danny) Jackson; nieces, Brittany and Tiffany Warwick; nephew, Brody Jackson; great nephews, Trenton Warwick, Jeremiah Darnell and Marshall Slagle; many aunts, uncles and cousins and too many loving friends to name.
The family would like to thank all of Steve's friends and family who have rushed to our side to help us during this devastating time.
Receiving of friends will be held for Steve on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 5-7pm at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 11am with Pastor Leonard Turner officiating, at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bob Lovelace, Shannon Sharpe, Phillip Knight, Roy Stone, Mark Wise and Doug Bitzer.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Steve's name.
