Shirley J Williams

Williams, Shirley June Crutchfield, age 94, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, May 2nd, 2021, at home surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife and mother, lifelong member of Second United Methodist Church, member of Trew Home Builders sunday school class and a graduate of Knoxville High School. Preceded in death by parents, Amos and Addie Crutchfield; brothers, Charles Crutchfield and Gene Crutchfield; sisters, Judy Ibsen and Mary Lou Dyke. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of over 70 years, Howard “Red” Williams; her daughter, Linda Williams Miller and husband, Barry Miller; and a host of nieces and nephews. Family and friends may come by at their convenience to Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy., to pay their respects on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. Family and friends will meet at 2:30 pm Thursday, May 6, 2021 in the parking lot of Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home and Cemetery, 2300 W Adair Dr., Knoxville, TN 37918 and will proceed in procession to the graveside just prior to the 3:00 pm graveside service. Pastor Charla Sherbakoff officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to Second United Methodist Church, 1524 Western Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921.
