Sandra J. Weaver, age 76, of Seymour, went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. She was a long time active and faithful member of Meridian Baptist Church and the senior choir and retired from U.T. Medical Center after 23 years of service. Preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Rosa Mae Purkey and brother Kenny Purkey. She is survived by children, Mike, Becky and Rusty; 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of special friends to include Owen and Gayle Doman and Janis Sims. The family will receive friends from 11-1 p.m., Friday, December 29, 2017 at Meridian Baptist Church with the funeral to immediately follow at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Dana Fachman officiating.
